CHAKRA MAGIC

Spiritualism

Chakras are vortices through which energy flows both in & out the body. We have hundreds of chakras located all over the body. Each acupressure & acupuncture point is an energy vortex & therefore, a chakra.
There are seven main chakras, each of which corresponds with a point in the body, a color of the rainbow & other attributes related to mind, body, emotions & life conditions.
A lifelong interaction with our chakra system harmonizes us with both earth & cosmic energies, grounds us, opens up our inspiration & intuition, relieves anxiety & overthinking, helps us communicate clearly & lovingly, helps us express our personal power & reach our goals, heals our sexuality & facilitates a healthy balance of giving & receiving in all forms.

Chakra magic provides a simple but powerful personal approach for anyone who wants to utilize & focus the body's inner energies.
Very effective way to explore chakra magic is to make a set of seven chakra cards to represent the seven main energy centers.
Chakra cards may identify any blockages. When chakra energy becomes blocked at a certain point, it can be expressed as physical disease in the particular area of the body where the blockage occurs or as a more general irritability or lethargy.
They can also identify the specific chakra that can be helpful at particular time.
Blockages & energy sources are interrelated because the strength you need may not be flowing naturally if energy is blocked at a certain point.
Make seven cards out of stiff white cardboard, either as circles or rectangular about the size of a large Tarot cards. On each one draw either the appropriate symbol or a circle in each chakra color.

The Root Chakra or Muladhara:
This is the Earth Chakra & its color is red.
It is rooted at the base of the spine.
Its symbol is the bull. Draw a red bull or a red circle on your Root Chakra card.
This is the energy center of the physical level of existence, survival & animal strength.
It uses red, raw energy to overcome fearsome odds.
Blockages can be reflected in problems with legs, feet, bones & bowel discomfort.
On a psychological level, unreasonable anger at trivial causes can be a symptom.

The Sacral Chakra or Svadhisthana:
This is the Moon Chakra & its color is orange.
It is seated in the reproductive system & focuses on different aspects of physical comfort & satisfaction, such as eating & drinking.
Its creature is fish. Draw an orange fish or an orange circle on your Sacral Chakra card.
This is the energy center of wanting, the chakra of physical pleasures & happiness & is the home of the five senses.
The Sacral Chakra will put you in touch with your all-reliable gut feelings & help in matters of fertility in the wider as well as physical sense.
Blockages can be reflected in problems with the reproductive system, bladder & circulation.
On a psychological level, irritability & disorders  involving physical indulgence can result..

The Solar Plexus Chakra or Manipura:
This is the Sun Chakra & its color is yellow.
It is seated just at the top of your abdomen, around the diaphragm area..
Its creature is the ram. Draw a yellow ram or yellow circle on your Solar Plexus Chakra card.
This is the energy center of digesting experiences, taking what is of use from life & casting aside what is redundant.
This chakra comes into its own when you desire power in a situation, want to achieve an ambition or are planning a career move.

The Heart Chakra or Anahata:
This is the Chakra of the Winds.
Its color is green & it is situated centrally or slightly to the left of the chest, close to the heart.
Its creature is a dove. Draw a green dove or green circle on your Heart Chakra card.
Here the spiritual nature of the chakras emerges. this chakra controls love, emotions & altruism towards those close to you & the world generally.
The Heart Chakra can be used for relationship issues & when sympathy & sensitivity are needed.
Blockages can be reflected in heart palpitations, coughs & colds, lung problems & in ailments in the hands & arms.
On a psychological level, free- floating anxiety or depression can follow.

The Throat Chakra or Vishuddha:
This is the Chakra of Time & Space & its color is blue.

The Crown Chakra or Sahasrara:
This is the chakra of eternity & its color is white.White, the source of pure light, pours upwards & outwards into the cosmos back into the crown.
The Crown Chakra is situated at the top of the head in the center. This is the center of creative & spiritual energy & represents either pure spiritual awareness or complete happiness in earthly terms.
Its uses are for making dreams into reality & for finding true personal happiness rather than success on other people's terms. Blockages can be  reflected in problems with sinuses, the skin, scalp & whole body.
On a psychological level an inability to rise above everyday & material concerns & rigid attitude can result.

Using the Cards:
Shuffle the cards & lay them face down at random.
Choose one & turn it over. This is your current key chakra.
You may be surprised at the choice of card which may offer an unexpected solution or locate a physical problem away from the area you expected. On a purely physical level, a headache may be rooted in a stomach problem & a neck tension from holding yourself in check emotionally, so do not try to rationalize too much.
In the same way, you may need to summon reserves of strength from am unexpected quarter.
The meaning of the Key Chakra Card in your life:
Read the key factors of your chosen chakra. If you have any of the listed symptoms, physical or psychological, then the chakra may need clearing.
If you have no symptoms, this is the chakra that holds particular strengths for you right now & you should concentrate on amplifying its energies. This will give you the surge of power or confidence you need. You should use your chakra cards only once a week at the most to get a clear reading. Using the chakras is not an instant method foe changing your life.
How to clear a chakra:
You can use the clear quartz crystal or pure white stone to unblock & strengthen all seven chakras.
Find a stone or crystal that is pointed at one end & rounded at the other.
Hold the crystal about 5 cm over the chakra you are attempting to influence & move in a circular motion using the hand that feels most natural. if you feel that you need to clear a chakra indicated by your chakra card, use the rounded end, directed towards the appropriate area of your body to draw out any negativity or pain, whether emotional or physical. Circle the chakra with an anti-clockwise movement to clear any inertia or pain & see it unraveling as a long dark cord. When the thread is unraveled, cast it in your mind's eye into the sky & see it taken up as a star or sunbeam. Now use the pointed end to provide a blast of physical & psychic power.

How to activate a chakra:
If there is no blockage in your chakras, begin with this stage.
Move your stone or crystal clockwise 5 cm over the desired chakra, seeing it filled with brilliant light passed down via Crown Chakra, mingling with a clear transparent flame that has traveled upwards from the Root. Let your hand automatically trace the route through which the energy will flow. Because we are dealing with psychic rather than physical connections, we all have unique pathways, so trust your own wisdom, rather than trying to follow diagrams. Finally rest your crystal on the place where you feel the chakra to be & sense the regular, firm vibration like a well tuned engine.

An Alternative form of Chakra Magic:
You can trace your own energy lines & centers with pendulum or a simple clear quartz, an amethyst, rose quartz, blue lace agate or any other stone that for you symbolizes personal healing powers &  natural energies. Use the crystal exactly as you would a pendulum, except that you are cradling it in your palm. Hold it about 5 cm above your body & let it trace a route. As you move the crystal, you will feel it drawing a warm line just below your skin, telling you where your psychic pathways are.
Trust yourself.
Your pendulum will hover or pull towards one particular chakra. If it moves anti-clockwise, you may feel that the chakra is static or perhaps whirling too fast.
However, if your crystal or pendulum has a steady clockwise pull over the chosen chakra, there is tremendous power surging here that you can use to your advantage in a current situation.
Once you have identified the chakra, use one of the following stones to unblock the energies.

The Root Chakra:
use earthy red opaque stones, such as red jasper or red tiger's eye, banded red or brown agate or any pebble you have that is dark reddish brown to black.

The Sacral Chakra:
Use rich orange crystals, carnelian, amber, orange jasper, banded orange agate, gentle orange calcite or orange sandstone pebbles.

The Solar Plexus Chakra:
Use yellow & golden crystals, such as citrine, golden amber, yellow jasper, rutilated quartz, soft yellow moonstone or yellow calcite.

The Heart Chakra:
Use pink & green crystals or stones all kinds, from brilliant green malachite or deep green aventurine to softer jade, amazonite & moss agate. ink stones of this chakra include bright rhodonite or rhodocrosite, the healing stone quartz & pink kunzite.

The Throat Chakra:
Use lapis lazuli, blue howzite, turquoise, aquamarine or blue lace agate.

The Brow Chakra:
Use sodalite that varies from a true navy blue to soft purple, amethyst, sugilite & peacocks eye.

The Crown Chakra:
Use clear crystal quartz or a bright white stone from a shore for this chakra.

Your chakra crystals:

Once a week, at the same time, you can light a white candle & place your crystals by your bedside so that the light of the candle shines upon them.
Visualize the different lights pouring into you, removing pain & doubt & restoring the balance of harmony into your life.
Blow out your candle but keep the crystals by your bed all night.

A Simple Chakra Ceremony:

If you face a major challenge or if you feel suddenly unwell in a particular part of your body, light a candle in the color of the associated chakra & pass the appropriate crystal through the flame.
Light an incense, such as pine or rosemary & pass the crystal through it to symbolize the Air element. Sprinkle water & salt on your crystal for the Water & Fire element & place it beneath your pillow while you sleep.
In the morning as early as possible, carry out the same ceremony outdoors, then pass the crystal over the appropriate chakra & feel the blockage clearing & the energy pouring in.
Take the crystal with you during the day & try to hold it over the appropriate chakra at noon & again at dusk.
