Protection against the negative energies 

The need for security & protection is very primitive to humans & protection magic is one of the oldest forms of magical activity. It is based on the belief that it is possible to influence life or events with the help of certain symbolic signs, talismans, amulets, words etc.

The best protection against psychic attacks & negative influences is the purity of one's own mind & soul, thoughts, spirituality & consciousness. Negativity usually clings to those who  carry it within themselves. Negativity can't penetrate the aura of pure, spiritual person, it will be returned to the sender.

In times of illness, stress or weakness, energy field gaps may occur & therefore a person becomes more vulnerable & can easily be exposed to unwanted influences. Traveling a lot, working with strangers, moving in crowded places- all this affects one's energy field. It may be that after communicating with someone, there is a feeling of tiredness, irritability, anger or even feeling ill. In such cases, it is worth using a talisman. The Evil Eye means when one person, intentionally or unintentionally, has an effect on another's energy field, a hole appears through which the energy leaves. Lack of strength & lethargy are the first signs. Causes of the evil eye may be anger, hatred, envy.

One way to get rid of the negativity is simply using the Water. When coming home, first thing wash your hands, face, take a shower or bath with intention of flushing all the negativity away.

For the protection you can ground & center & just say No, you don't give the permission to be influenced by anything or anybody without your will at all. 

You can also cocoon yourself. Sit in a comfortable position, lift your right leg on your left or stand tall & put your hands together. In your mind direct the energy flow clockwise, starting from the soles, gradually rising in a spiral, create circular energy flows around you, narrowing them above the head until the cocoon is completely closed. Keep your energy flows dense. 

For a long time, Red Yarn has been used in almost all cultures to protect against the evil eye & negativity. It is an incredibly strong amulet. Tie Red Yarn around the left wrist tightly & fasten with a knot. Then tie another 6 knots to get a total of 7 knots. The left side of the body is the recipient side. 

Safety Pin has long been used to protect from the evil eye & negative influence, attached on the inside of the clothing, sharp end facing downwards, to be worn as close to the heart as possible. There is no need to perform special prayers & rituals, the pin itself is an object that can protect you from negativity.  You need to check it carefully every day for a darkening, rusting or other & change it if necessary. If you find that the sharp end of the pin has darkened, it indicates that it has already completed it's work & shielded you from attack some sort. A worn amulet cannot be thrown away, it can only be buried in the ground & it is strictly forbidden to attach it to anything before doing so.

You can make yourself a small juju bag or poppet that is comfortable to carry, using black, blue or a red fabric. Fill it with herbs like Verbena, Dill, Chamomile, Yarrow, Nettle, Cinnamon, Mugwort, Onion or Garlic Peels, Rue, Rowan Berries, St.John's Wort etc. In addition to herbs, do not forget to add 1 tsp of salt. Use protection crystals like Black Tourmaline. Labradorite, Obsidian, Hematite, Golden Tiger Eye, Smoky Quartz, Amethyst, Carnelian, Pyrite, Clear Quartz, Jet, Kyanite, Apache Tear.

Wear a cross made of Rowan tree's twigs, mirror or reflective jewellery.
