AURAS, MEANING OF THE COLORS, HOW TO SEE

People have long been accustomed to the fact that there are things in the world that cannot be touched or seen, but are invisibly around, communicating with a person in one way or another.
Aura is an energy field that surrounds every thing, being, object, whether they are living or inanimate. Everyone & everything has an aura. A person's aura consists of different layers & expresses his physical & mental health, his thoughts, feelings & life energy. When talking about an energy field, a biofield, a bioenergetic field, it is also an aura. The color of the aura is a visible manifestation of bioenergy, where each shade indicates an energetic function. There are no good or bad aura colors. All have their differences, both advantages & disadvantages.
A person's aura, or biofield, consists of several layers. In Hinduism, seven main layers are called, including astral, mental, emotional. Each vapor layer has its own color. The basic color of the aura is determined at birth & remains unchanged throughout life.
The aura is changing & usually consists of several different colored lights that are in constant motion. How to see auras?
Before starting with any of these exercises, you should be aware that not only you will see auras but also you will become sensitive to all energy & subtle energetic beings around us.. Sometimes what you will see might be very unexpected or even frightening..
People can also see different types of energy, it's not necessarily all same to all. Don't expect to see solid colors or a perfect egg shaped aura. Energy is fluid & is in sync with your body or any object or other living being you will try to observe. Some people see aura as a colored fog, some see the different colored layers of energy, including astral, mental, emotional. Some people see energy lines on the faces, like glowing map lines.. Because each one of us have very unique abilities, you might be surprised what you gonna see.
*You can try to see your own energy standing on front of the mirror, about 2-3 meters away, with plain background preferably. Don't force anything, relax, let it all just happen. Start observing over top of your head & shoulders, just couple of inches above, send your gaze past your mirror reflection but at the same time try to notice the colors appearing. At first there will be a light electric blue shimmering just around the edges. Then without blinking, stay completely relaxed & keep looking, the light starts to expand & will show your aura. Move your hand smooth & slow, up & down & try to see how your energy is following you around. If you blink, just start again. But don't over do it, you might end up with massive migraine... With practice you see how quickly you start to see energies, as soon you learn the trick.
*Take a clean sheet of white paper, a white ceiling or a plain wall without pattern will also work. Relax. It is necessary that a lot of light falls on this background. Place your palm on paper or on any bright, well-lit, smooth surface.
Point your palm at a light background, so that the hand is stretched out in front of you & the fingers are spread out. Observe your palm or one of your fingers with an inattentive gaze, without blinking or looking away.
After about 5 minutes, you will see the energy shell of your hand in the form of a transparent glow around the palm. Pay attention to the shade.
