FIRE ELEMENT

Fire has always been a symbol of power. It is the beginning of life, movement, warmth & light. Since ancient times, people have known that the element of Fire helps to purify the negative accumulated in the body, turning it into ashes. The Fire associated with the Sun reveals the spiritual, psychic power of a person. It plays a basic, connecting role in all rituals & ceremonies.
As long as the Fire of life burns in a person, a person strives for this life: he creates, loves or hates. When there is no Fire, a person seems to go out, he has no desire to do anything & he is full of indifference not only to other people, but also to himself. It is Fire that generates desires & aspirations.
The element of Fire has a dual nature. Fire destroys, brings death & at the same time revives new life as a carrier of heat & light.
Fire needs to interact with other elements to manifest. This is not a diminution of the will & power of Fire, but, on the contrary, its ability to unite them all. It connects everything in the universe & is the source of life on Earth.
The fusion of Fire & Air is well carried out by burning incense. If you are familiar with shamanic practices, then remember that Fire burning wood Earth-Fire, turns into a smoky column + Air, rushing to the Upper World & taking the shaman with it.
Fire in its purest form is ether, on the ground it smokes due to impurities.
Fire has a masculine origin, which is directed outward, a symbol of vital energy, heart, fertilizing power, enlightenment & the Sun & associated with Mars. Therefore, Fire rituals are often aimed at extracting & directing the energy of Mars, everything that somehow implies active interaction with life in any form. Fire is the flame of the hearth, over which the mother cooks dinner for the family. It is necessary to be clearly aware that work with Fire is always a clear, directed intention. It could be love. Maybe it's hatred. But never indifference & calmness. The magic of Fire is also the magic of Lightning & Thunderstorms. Therefore, she is both the most dangerous... & the most attractive. Fire is one of the most contact elements. If one treats him with respect, then the Fire is open to communication. Fire magic can be intimidating, but its results are always exciting & appear quickly. Fire is not an element for the cowardly. However, it is most often used.

Fire is always energy. Positive or negative – depends on the action to which this energy is directed. It is given to him by nature to burn & rush upward. Similarly, any action associated with this element has a rapid effect & is always aimed at achieving specific goals. It is the presence of a candle, a bonfire, the fact of burning specific ritual objects that provide the effect of a quick & precisely defined action in the ritual. For example, some rituals involve burning a leaf with a ritual text – this action releases not only the energy of the caster himself, but also enhances the energy of the text, thereby giving additional strength to the general egregore created by the ritual.

Fire Magic's distinctive feature is the use of all the elements. It's not just limited to Fire. People who have mastered Fire magic can also turn to other elements for help. The flame in many rituals is the central figure that unites all 4 elements. When performing rituals, be sure to use objects that represent Fire: candles, bonfires, etc. Usually, all rituals involve burning something, such as paper, wood, or grass. For effectiveness, it is necessary to constantly develop the power of Fire in yourself.

The element of Fire is not suitable for everyone, but only for those who have sufficient strength to subdue it. If a person is unprepared & weak, then he can morally & mentally burn out from the force of the element. If you are not ready or do not feel confident in your abilities, do not call Fire.
Before turning to Fire, you need to understand & accept the nature of this element, its duality. A person is required to have a deep respect for him.

Without comprehending the essence of flame, it is impossible to control the element of Fire.

One way to gain the power of Fire will require a candle & firewood. Choose a deserted place where you can perform the ritual alone & where no one will interfere. Divide the firewood into three parts. Draw a triangle in your mind. At each vertex of the figure, put firewood. Light a candle & move it in the center of an imaginary triangle. Three times ask the Fire for strength. What exactly the words will be is not so important. If you are ready, the Fire spirits will hear you. If the candle goes out, the spirits are not ready to share their power. If it flares up with even greater force, then they support you. In any answer, you must bow to the three vertices of the triangle, thereby showing respect.

The other way will require a lot of time & concentration. Light a candle every day & stare at the flame for a long time. Try to merge with the candle flame, feel the Fire in yourself. You can talk about a successful result when you can feel how the flame will behave at one time or another. The completion of accepting power will be the ability to influence & control the flame.

Practice of the element of Fire, Breath of Fire.
First, you need to take a comfortable starting position of the body, sitting on a chair or on the floor with your legs crossed.
Place a lighted candle in front of you at the level of the solar plexus.
Your hands are free in your lap, palms facing up.
Start the fire breath by simply inhaling & exhaling through the nostrils. It is important to mentally track the movement of air flow through the nose & lungs into the chest & back. After establishing even breathing, breathe only with your stomach. To do this, exhale sharply & quickly tighten the abdominal muscles, helping to get air out of the lungs.
The exhalation should be short & strong. The front wall of the abdomen is pulled up to the spine. On the exhalation, there is a natural relaxation.
The chest should remain motionless, the process of filling & releasing the lungs occurs only due to abdominal movements.
Start small, a small series of breaths, in a comfortable rhythm for yourself.
Practice outdoors or in a well-ventilated room on an empty stomach or two hours after eating.

Pyrokinesis is the ability to kindle & extinguish Fire at a distance. At first glance, it looks like something fantastic but with a lot of practice you can develop this ability in yourself. At first, there should be a source of Fire near you: a fireplace, a candle, a bonfire, etc. Look at the flame & feel it ignite inside. Feel the warmth filling your fingertips as it gradually spreads throughout your body. Then focus all the heat of the flame back into one hand. Feel the burning sensation in your fingers, try to release the energy outside of your body. Practice every day for 10-30 minutes. Try not to let anyone distract you at this time. When you can create a flame with a source, you can try to extract it from yourself without auxiliary elements.

Fireball
Meditate with candle in order to calm & connect mentally with the essence of Fire.
Straighten your right arm in front of you & concentrate your thoughts on the center of your palm.
With an effort of will, direct the internal energy of your body heat into this palm. Feel your palm getting hot.
As soon as you have achieved this result, squeeze your palm into a fist, as if closing the energy.
Then open your palm & feel the warmth in all the fingers of your hand.
Close your hand, open it again & so on several times in a row.
Now direct the energy into the surrounding space: the hand seems to become heavy & feels like it increases in size.
This exercise should be done daily, alternating hands. Practice until you can manage your energy potential at will. However, people with blood & heart diseases are strictly forbidden to exercise in this way: this can provoke illness.
Never expect to see a real flame in the palm of your hand, as it is shown in science fiction films: it exists only in your imagination. The flame needs to be imagined & felt, the ball can be created in any color-blue, green, light blue, purple.

Do not think that mastering the skills of Fire magic is easy & simple: learning magic is not given to everyone, but only to the most persistent & purposeful. You will also need to learn how to manage your emotions, control your feelings & desires.
