CHAKRAS & AURA, COLLAPSE

According to the eastern tradition, a person consists of seven bodies: the physical body, the etheric body, the astral body, the mental body, the spiritual body, the cosmic body & the nirvanic body. Each of them corresponds to a certain center or chakra. All together, this is the bioenergetic structure of a person. When a person is doing well, all the centers are balanced - a person does not get sick, everything in his life is good. But under certain circumstances, one or more energy bodies can be disrupted & after some time a person either gets sick or various incidents & troubles occur in his life.
The process of destroying the aura goes from top to bottom, that is, first the upper layers of the human bioenergetic field are destroyed & then the lower ones. The dysfunction of the chakras, on which the life of the aura actually depends, is directly related to the destruction of the aura. The dynamics are simple – from Sahasrara to Muladhara.
The aura begins to collapse at the moment when a person loses contact with higher energies, when he loses touch with the divine essence. The thinner this connection becomes, the more often it is interrupted, the faster the process of suspending the full functioning of the Sahasrara chakra goes. As a result, the upper layers of the aura do not receive enough energy, lose their luminosity & fade. From here the process goes from a purely spiritual area to an energetic one – the Ajna chakra begins to work poorly, which, in many ways, determines not only a person's ability to analyze reality, but also controls the most important energy channels of the body - Ida, Pingala & Sushumna. In order to constantly maintain the strong & luminous aura, yogis regularly practice special breathing exercises from the arsenal of Swara yoga & repeat special mantras called bija mantras. These two moments – vibration (mantra) & breathing (pranayama) are the most important tools for maintaining the full functioning of the chakras & the aura.
After the connection with the higher energies is broken, when Sahasrara & Ajna cease to function effectively, the mechanism of encapsulation of the personality in itself is triggered, that is, the ego wins. If he speaks figuratively, the individual squeezes his spiritual umbilical cord & finds himself cut off from the support of Divine energies. At this stage, only pure & sincere love, devoid of egoistic principles, can save a person, since only it has high spiritual vibrations. But, as experience shows, this happens very rarely, so the process of destruction of the energy field usually continues.
After the higher centers stop working at the proper level & the upper layers of the aura lose their luminosity, there is a total distortion in a person's worldview, he begins to follow the wrong views on life. Rigid mental constructions are formed. But since they are not corrected by the spiritual level, they are excessively concentrated on the material side of being, which leads to the appearance of erroneous behaviors, which as a result deprives a person of full contact not only with higher energies, but also with the energies of the earth.
As a result, the aura fades, collapses to a minimal biological field, deprived of the necessary nourishment from spirituality & love, which leads to the appearance of diseases & ultimately, to premature aging & death.
Therefore, it is very important to have at least elementary knowledge about the techniques of cleaning the energy centers & the aura of a person & at least periodically clean them.
Energy practices are a very important part of our life.
