GROUNDING

The energy of our beautiful Earth gives the human body physical strength, efficiency & health, stability, perseverance, calmness, patience, self-confidence & poise. The energy of the Earth is also responsible for the material world of a man.
When we lack the energy of the Earth, we start to have breakdowns, apathy, despair, weakness of spirit,  lack of concentration & sleep, everything drops out of hands, lethargy, anxiety, depression, mood swings, panic attacks, self-doubt, increased vulnerability etc.
To ground ourselves, we should start with Muladhara chakra, closest to the Earth, & the connection with the energy of the Earth should be developed & strengthened by working with this chakra.
Work with the crystals. Choose your mineral by following the voice of your intuition or take those stones that mostly embody the essence of the Earth's energy like Shungite, Tourmaline, Ruby, Hematite. Carry it with you, hold it in your hands often. Learn to feel the chosen crystal, learn to hear & absorb its energy.
Meditate with the energies of the Earth.
Add to the diet more nuts, raw vegetables & fruits, especially sprouts, fresh vegetable & fruit juices, vegetables growing in the ground.
Practice long walks, try to walk barefoot often.
Practice yoga, the "corpse pose" of Shavasana, which has a lot of practical benefits within the the task of grounding that we need.
Use music therapy such as shamanic drums.
Try to take regular baths with sea salt. If there is no possibility for baths, then feet in a basin with salt dissolved in warm water will work.

Straight Circle of Energy.
The exercise should be carried out alone. Ideally - in nature, in a clean & secluded place where you can breathe the clean energy of the Earth.
Before practice relax & stretch the spine. It is good to make several bends forward, bends back, bends to the sides, twisting the spine, lunges with the legs.
Place your feet shoulder-width apart. The feet are parallel to each other. Bend your legs slightly at the knees. The arms are relaxed, along the torso. The back is flat. The palms are open to the outside, for some of the excess energy will come out through the palms. It is better to close the eyes, but in case of weakness or dizziness - leave your eyes open. Calm your breath. Breathing ishould be done through the nose.
With respiratory cycles, breathe through the abdomen as well. When inhaling - inflate, protrude the stomach, when exhaling - retract, pick up the stomach. It is advisable during breathing to keep the tongue pressed against the palate - immediately above the upper front teeth. With the accumulation of saliva in the mouth - swallow the saliva before exhaling.
Calm your thoughts. Imagine that the legs like roots began to germinate through the soil.
Feel the ground under your feet, the warmth, the humming, the tingling in your legs. Imagine that on the inhale you draw energy from the ground, from the center of the Earth through your feet. Conduct mentally on the inhale the flow of energy to the top of the head along the spine. On the exhale, lower the flow along the front of the body along the central line, to Muladhara. Feel Muladhara. Feel the flow of energy entering Muladhara.
We breathe slowly & smoothly. It is possible & necessary to add a swallowing movement before exhalation, which will also enhance the absorption of energy into the energy channels & chakras.
Inhale - again pull energy through the legs, conduct it to the top of the head, on exhalation - slowly conduct along the anterior central line of the body to Muladhara. On exhalation, energy does not need to be sent to the legs, but to Muladhara.
Concentrate on the process, don't let thoughts run wild in your head.
During breathing, energy moves not only through the narrow channel through which it is driven, but is also distributed through energy channels, chakras, organs & systems of the body.
You can choose the number of breathing cycles yourself. You can start with 8-10 cycles & then according to the state of your health. You should stop when feeling any weakness, nausea, dizziness.
You can practice daily or do as needed. However, it is worth remembering that practice before bedtime can give an oversaturation of energy, an increased tone of the nervous system, which can cause problems with falling asleep. Exercise should be performed at least half an hour before meals, or half an hour after eating.

Rooting.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. The feet are parallel to each other. Bend your legs slightly at the knees. The arms are relaxed, along the torso. The back is flat. It is better to close the eyes, but in case of weakness or dizziness - leave your eyes open. Calm your breath. Breathing is through the nose.
With respiratory cycles, breathe through the abdomen as well. When inhaling - inflate, protrude the stomach, when exhaling - retract, pick up the stomach.
Try to literally press the entire foot & each toe into the floor. It is good to do the exercise barefoot, if the temperature allows. Imagine & feel that roots begin to sprout from your feet into the ground. Inhale & on the exhale, break through-sprout with these roots deeper & deeper into the ground. As far as the center of the Earth. You can imagine that these roots braided the entire planet. Feel the merger with the Earth, with the whole planet.
Feel the energy of the Earth. When there is a clear sense that you are already rooted, begin to absorb the energy of the Earth through these imaginary roots. On the inhale, raise the energy to the feet, lift it over the body, draw it higher & higher into the body. Fill it with your whole body from the bottom up. On exhalation, do nothing, there is no need to send energy anywhere at the output. Fill the whole body with energy, right up to the top of the head. Fix this state of fullness. Stay in this sensation for a while. When you're done, slowly pull one leg off the ground, then the other.

Heel strikes.
Stand firmly on the floor. Legs shoulder width apart. The back is straight. The knees are slightly bent. Relax your whole body. Hands are relaxed & hang along the body. Breathe slowly & deeply several times. Breathing through the nose. Now rise to your toes during a deep breath, straighten & strain the whole body, stretch your whole body up, while taking a breath.
Hold yourself in this position for a few seconds, holding your breath, with the tension of the whole body, until there is a strong tension in the legs & ligaments of the feet. With a sharp exit, relaxing the whole body, drop the whole body on the heels, hitting the heels on the floor. Exhalation can be done through the mouth. Feel the vibration from the blow to the whole body, relieving all the tension from the body during the impact. Again taking a smooth breath, collect & strain the whole body, rise to your toes, fix the position of the body for a few seconds, holding your breath. Then a sharp exit, relax the whole body & again drop the whole body on the heels with a blow of the heels to the floor.
You can take a break between the beats, breathe a little in a calm rhythm, stretch the body, make several inclinations, rotations of the body, make waves of the hands, relieving tension from the body. Choose the number of repetitions according to your well-being & health condition. You do not need to get carried away with a large number of repetitions.

That's it.
This is enough for grounding, for charging yourself with the energy of the Earth & getting all the positive that the Earth can give.
