TAKING CARE OF OUR SUBTLE BODIES

We need to look after our subtle bodies the same way we take care of our physical self.
Subtle bodies are saturated with energy from space around us ( also the emissions of other people ) during breathing, sucking it up through the chakras & distributing it through the channels between all systems, absorbing in the body.
In order for the energy to harmoniously permeate the body, the channels must be clean. This is very important if we practice working with chakras & energies.
Any thought, any action leaves an imprint in us. Emotions are nothing but energy. Energy moves through the channels. Bad thoughts obscure the channels. The negative influence of other people does the same, even if you do not contact directly, they still have an energetic impact.
Reduce the chaos in thoughts to a minimum. If possible, do not use internal dialogue when it is not needed. With order in thoughts will come order in emotions. Develop independent thinking. Strive to experience positive emotions: joy, love. Love the world.

Practicing the Pranic Breath helps to feel the energy & develop the sensitivity to the subtle worlds.
Focus on your breathing. Breathe slowly, try to feel how, together with the air, you are saturated with the force that nourishes you, passing through the channels from the nostrils almost to the tailbone. You should feel the accumulation of strength in your stomach.
Inhalation is saturation.
Exhalation is distribution.
Inhale deep & slow (5-10 seconds).
Exhale freely, effortlessly.
There should be no break between inhalation & exhalation.
Be satiated until you feel that you have reached the limit. Now imagine how energy spreads evenly throughout the body. Part of the energy can be spent on strengthening the nearest layer of the aura & protective cocoon, concentrating on it.
As you practice, you will notice that you almost constantly experience saturation with force when breathing. When this often happens by itself, you can move on.

The energy moves from the bottom up: it rises from the feet to the Muladhara & flows through all the chakras to the Sahasrara. Chakras can be opened both together & separately. Flows can arise between them: for example, only Muladhara & Ajna are active, energy rises from Muladhara to Ajna, the chakras lying between them are not active, freely pass the flow of energy without activation.
Chakras are perceived as vortices spinning clockwise (relative to us) for saturation, counterclockwise for energy spread into the surrounding space.
Chakras supply the body with energy, absorbing & processing it. Therefore, our chakras must be in good condition.
Use the pranic breathing by concentrating on the chakras. Try to feel them, open them to a state that does not cause inconvenience. Feel how they communicate with each other. Try to induce an upward flow.
You will also feel how the energy enters through the channels through the hands into the palms of your hands & exits through the fingers.
Concentrate on feeling the energy throughout your body. Imagine that it spreads over you from the chakras.
Do not abuse this practice to open the chakras to an uncontrollable state & raising the kundalini. Everything will happen in it's own time. One day you will simply realize that you are capable of more & you activate the chakras more strongly.
It's important that you feel saturated with energy that you can then use, rather than just passing it through your body.
Concentrate on your palms, try to tune them to your body & further cleanse it.

You can feel tension in some parts of the body that feel like all sorts of bumps. It's someone else's energy or negativity. Try to push out all such inclusions & saturate the places where they were. After that, concentrate on the aura around the body & push out all the excess from there, compacting it. You can use your hands if you're more comfortable.
Binding feels like tourniquets in the chakras. Concentrate on the tourniquet & mentally tear it or visualize how you cut it off with a knife or scissors.
Breakdown of the chakra is a damage in such a way that it cannot work normally, a gap appears in it, through which energy is lost. There is a feeling of cold in the chakra & this cold spreads throughout the body. Such damage is quite serious & it is not always possible to eliminate it on your own. Try to pump this place with energy, concentrate on the fact that the chakra goes into saturation mode, as the hole in it tightens & it begins to work normally.
'Parasites' in the chakras feel like foreign infiltrations. Saturate as much as possible so that you become denser than them & then they can be squeezed out.

We need to avoid diseases & bad habits that damage our subtle bodies. Any practice is the manipulation of energy, or its use, so we need to be in good shape.
