THE ENERGY OF CRYSTALS

The moment when Mother Earth was born, the life appeared. The nature appeared & was divided into 4 elements: Water, Earth, Fire & Air. Crystals are one of the most fundamental elements, the Earth.
One day people just found a crystal in the mountain, took it, looked at it & thought: what a beautiful thing, I need it. No one knew what it was like, but when people started carrying crystals with them, certain changes were taking place, their mood, their emotional background & their consciousness was changing. Maybe they didn't understand what the emotional background was yet, but the energy & vibration of the crystal began to affect them in one way or another. Previously, there was no such division that a certain crystal should influence a certain energy center & fill it, expand it or align it somewhere. Based on intuition people began to divide crystals by which ones expanded opportunities, healed, improved mood, which ones added positivity to their lives & so on.
The impact of the crystals on humans really exists. If we are talking about the chemical composition, then, for example, manganese, which is included in some types of stones, or calcium, which is part of many stones, affects a person directly, that is, it is enough just to touch it & we will immediately feel a certain energy because their internal composition. It interacts with our skin & when we hold a cold crystal, we feel how it stays cold for a long time, we feel its realness.
The alignment of the crystal with the person taking place also at the energy level. There is a certain vibration inside the crystal. The crystal is alive, she is growing. Any crystal grows for 10, 100, 1000, 100000 years & the more she developed & grew, the more energy she retained in herself & she is ready to share it.
Crystals emit certain frequencies, at vibrations slower than our human spectrum, human perception. We don't see or hear it, we feel it. Depending on the crystal, what is the distance between the atoms, how densely they are arranged to each other, how often the rotation of elementary particles around the atom occurs, the energy comes from it at a certain frequency. We feel this energy. We feel it with our body. With our eyes we see color. We feel the emotions, how they change depending on what we feel & experience when we look at the crystal. This is where attunement occurs.
This is when the frequency of the crystal & our frequency coincide, i.e. they begin to vibrate on the same wave & thereby increase themselves. Resonance amplification is frequency amplification, i.e. frequency multiplication. Thus, the crystal affects our physical body, internal organs & our energy body, the chakras & thus the crystal can change our condition. Either, for example, to strengthen us, or to protect us from something, or, conversely, to give you what we lack – that energy, which we need now. That's when the crystal, having entered the setting with us, can become our assistant, our friend.
Our internal organs emit at a certain frequency. This is a rather slow wavelength, but at the same time, the higher we raise through the body, the faster it is. If we are talking about the chakras, then we know that we raise our energy & thereby raise our frequencies. That is, our lower chakras act & vibrate at low frequencies & the higher we go through the chakras, the higher the frequency of vibration occurs. Crystals are selected that vibrate at the same frequencies, that is, they match the spectrum of our chakras or our internal organs. Being completely unaware of the characteristics of the crystals, without going into depth at all we know what we need. Hold 2 Selenites in both hands.
Sit down the way you feel comfortable, let it be a sofa, armchair or floor. You don't necessarily need to keep your feet on the floor right now, grounding is also not necessary. I don't recommend doing this lying down, because people often fall asleep but we're talking about the practice.
Focus exclusively on these two Selenites that you are currently holding in your hands.
Relax as much as possible.
Close your eyes & relax into your body, start from the top with inhale & with exhale you relax your forehead first, then your facial muscles, jaw.
Take a deep breath, exhale & relax your chest, notice how tense you were. Your shoulders have expanded, relaxed & your stomach, lower back & legs have sunk lower. Feel all the heaviness go away, it disappears, it becomes much lighter for you.
You have 2 crystals in your hands & your inner gaze is directed only at them.
Feel their soft enveloping energy, how your palms pulsate slightly & how pleasant it is to feel the warmth of the crystals.
Through your palms, the energy that you receive from these crystals begins to flow into your elbows, your shoulders & connect to your heart. From each palm to your heart. Don't rush! Feel it. Two energies of two crystals that are amplified & combined in your heart. Feel the warmth begin to envelop your heart chakra, Anahata. See how much she is in balance right now & how ready she is to accept these energies inside you.
Now spread that heat up through your body. Wrap this soft energy around your throat chakra, Vishudda, again. Selenite will help you to harmonize the energy at once. The energy of the crystal restores & purifies.
